Tiffany Hostert, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors. She provides preventive care, including annual wellness exams, well-child and well-woman visits, Medicare wellness exams, and immunizations. She manages both acute and chronic conditions, including Type 2 diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, anxiety, and depression. She provides care for LGBTQ+ individuals and performs in-office procedures, including contraception placement and removal, and treating minor injuries.

Originally from Chester, Illinois, Tiffany enjoys reading, running, exploring St. Louis, trying new restaurants, caring for her pets, and spending time with her family.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois and her Master of Science in Nursing, family nurse practitioner, at Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois.
